A clear path to returns.

If your throw is not the right fit for your space, you may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.

How to return a throw

  1. Email help@paradisethrows.com with your order number, the item you want to return and the reason. You may also use our contact form.
  2. Pack the unused throw with its original packaging. Include your order number and contact email so we can identify the return.
  3. Send the return to Playland Paradise LLC, 943 W DESERT HILLS DR SAN TAN VALLEY, AZ 85143-3527. We recommend a tracked service and keeping the shipping receipt.

Who pays return shipping?

We cover return shipping for quality defects, incorrect items and damage in transit. Contact us with a description and clear photos so we can arrange the appropriate return method. Please keep the item and packaging until we provide instructions.

For other reasons, including a change of mind or a size or color preference, the customer pays return shipping. Original standard shipping charges are not refunded for preference returns. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Inspection and refunds

After we receive your return, allow 3–5 business days for inspection. Once approved, we initiate the refund to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.

If an item does not meet the return conditions, we will explain the issue and discuss the available options. This does not limit remedies for an item that arrived defective, damaged or different from what was ordered.

Exchanges and cancellations

For a different throw or color, contact us about returning the original item and placing a separate order. Availability may change. To cancel an order, contact us promptly; we can cancel before dispatch. If it has already shipped, the return policy applies.
