Shipping, clearly explained.

We deliver to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, D.C. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses or international destinations. Please use a complete street address for delivery.

Processing comes first

Please allow 1–3 business days to process your order before it enters transit. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Then, time in transit

Standard shipping is estimated at 2–7 days after dispatch. Processing time is additional. The route and delivery address affect the exact timing, and carrier disruptions or severe weather can cause delays. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

We select an available tracked parcel service for your address. When your order ships, we send the tracking details to the email provided at checkout. Tracking may take a little time to show the first carrier scan. Items in an order may arrive separately; there is no extra shipping charge for separate parcels.

Shipping charges

The threshold is based on the merchandise subtotal after any discounts and before tax. Your applicable shipping charge is shown before you place an order.

Address changes and delivery questions

Check your street address, apartment number and ZIP code before submitting your order. Contact us as soon as possible if something needs correcting. We can only make changes before dispatch and cannot guarantee that a carrier can reroute a parcel.

If tracking stops updating, a package is marked delivered but cannot be found, or an order has not arrived within the expected window, contact us with your order number. Check nearby delivery locations and household members, and we will help investigate with the carrier.

If we cannot ship as expected

If we learn that we cannot dispatch your order within the stated processing window, we will tell you about the delay and offer the choice to accept a revised date or cancel for a refund. You can contact us about an unshipped order at any time.
