Using the store

You must be an adult with the authority to enter into a purchase to place an order. Provide accurate contact and delivery details, keep your account credentials private, and use the website lawfully. Do not misuse forms, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with the store.

Our throws and their presentation

We sell adult, non-electric throw blankets. Review the dimensions and options on the product page before ordering. Photos may show furniture or accessories for context; only the listed contents are included. Screen settings and lighting affect the appearance of colors, and textile measurements may vary slightly.

Prices and orders

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable shipping charges and any taxes are shown during checkout before an order is submitted. A bag does not reserve an item. Order receipt acknowledges your request; if an item is unavailable, a price is materially incorrect or we cannot fulfill an order, we will contact you and refund any amount collected for the canceled item.

We may correct errors in product information or pricing. Changes do not apply retroactively to an order we have accepted without contacting you. We do not replace statutory consumer rights with these terms.

Delivery, cancellations and returns

Our delivery area, processing window and estimated transit times are described in our Shipping Policy. Contact us promptly to change or cancel an unshipped order. Returns must meet the conditions in our Refund Policy, including the 30-day request window and unused condition requirement for preference returns.

Paradise Throws branding, written content and site design may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission. Product photographs are presented for shopping and remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.

Responsibility and applicable law

We aim to keep the store accurate and available, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses resulting from misuse of the website or products. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
